kecino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at the point of Account registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time a compliance review is triggered. If kecino determines that a User has misrepresented their age or identity, the Account will be suspended immediately. Any Balance held in the Account will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from wagers placed prior to successful age verification will be voided and withheld.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the kecino platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity, shared payment methods, shared device, or shared IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
When registering a kecino Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. kecino will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

kecino reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without stated reason, provided that any undisputed real-money Balance is returned to the Account holder through a supported payment channel within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, kecino reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the undisputed Balance will be returned via a supported payment channel. Bonus Funds are forfeit upon Account closure regardless of breach status.
